JOINING ISWIM MASTERS: THE IMPORTANCE OF USMS REGISTRATION
As a proud affiliate of the US Masters Swimming organization, iSWIM Masters upholds the highest standards of quality and safety in our swimming programs. To be a part of our swimming community, it is mandatory for all members to register with US Masters Swimming (USMS). This registration is crucial for several reasons:
Liability Coverage: Your USMS registration provides essential liability insurance. This coverage is a prerequisite for us to rent pool space, ensuring that all our members can enjoy a safe and secure swimming environment.
Access to USMS Benefits: As a registered USMS member, you'll gain access to a range of benefits, including coaching, training programs, health and wellness resources, and the opportunity to compete in sanctioned events.
Supporting the Swimming Community: Your registration helps support the broader mission of USMS, contributing to the development and promotion of adult swimming nationwide.

HOW TO JOIN ISWIM MASTERS
Becoming a part of the iSWIM Masters community is a straightforward process. Here's how you can get started:

Click the Login Button: Start by clicking the 'Login' button at the top of our webpage. This will take you to our secure registration portal.

Accept Liability Waivers: As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to read and accept our liability waivers. This step is crucial for ensuring the safety and understanding of all our members.

Register Your Account: Fill in your details to create your iSWIM Masters account. This is your gateway to a world of swimming with us.
4. Choose Your Membership: Select the membership option that best suits your needs. We offer various membership packages to cater to different preferences and goals.
5. Enter Your USMS Number: As part of the registration process, you’ll need to enter your US Masters Swimming (USMS) registration number. Not registered yet? Visit USMS Registration to sign up.
6. Complete Your Registration: With all the details filled in, complete your registration to become an official member of iSWIM Masters.
7. Book Your Swim Sessions: Before attending any practice, make sure to sign up for the swim times that work best for you. This helps us staff the workouts appropriately and ensures a quality experience for all swimmers.

Interested in trying out iSWIM Masters first? At iSWIM Masters, we're excited to offer you the opportunity to try us out with 3 free swim workouts. To get started, simply sign up under the USMS Free Trial Waiver and experience our community first-hand. This waiver not only gives you a taste of what we offer but also provides coverage under US Masters Swimming (USMS) for 30 days. Please note, this coverage is essential and mandatory as it ensures the necessary liability protection for our club and members. Here’s how it works:
Try Before You Commit: Enjoy 3 swim workouts at no cost, under the protection of the USMS waiver.
Coverage Continues: If you decide to join iSWIM Masters after your trial workouts, the USMS coverage remains valid for any remaining days within that 30-day period.
USMS Registration Required Post-Trial: To continue swimming with us beyond the 30-day period, you’ll need to register with USMS. This registration provides ongoing coverage and is a requirement for all iSWIM Masters members. The fees for this registration go directly to USMS, not iSWIM Masters.
Seamless Transition to Membership: Once you've completed your trial and decided to join us, transitioning to a full iSWIM Masters membership is easy and ensures you can keep enjoying our programs without interruption.
