Mornings at Lafayette Jeff HS have 2 start times. 5:30 or 6 AM. It is up to you when you'd like to start. Majority start at 5:30 but it is perfectly fine if you'd like to start later. The workouts will be the same! 

Please sign up for our text update notifications, as all changes to practice times, locations, and cancellations will be updated via text first. Send a text to 81010 with the message @iswimlafay to sign up for the text notifications. 

Once you register with iSWIM, updates on location or time changes will also be sent via email and posted to our iSWIM FB Group.
