FREE SWIM SUNDAY!

Are you training for a triathlon? 

Bored of the same old exercise plan?

Had an injury and looking for a low impact option? 

Or just want to challenge yourself?

We are here for you! Sunday Feb 16, 2020, from 1-2pm will we will be offering a FREE workout so you can try us out! We will have a team for you to swim with, and coaches on deck!

Never swam before? That is OK! We will help you!! Promise! Give us a try!

Enter through door 12

Where to park: available lot near door 12, off 22nd Street

What to bring: swimsuit, goggles, swim cap (optional), towel. Bring swimming equipment if you have it, but not required!

Note: the program is for adults only. Anyone under the age of 18, we are happy to connect you to the local youth program!
